Where is your company based?
The company headquarters is based in Perth, and the warehouses we supply our products from are located in each state all over Australia.

Do you sell damaged, second-hand or factory seconds products?
No. Yepo does not handle any damaged, second-hand or factory seconds, only brand new products in a box with a full comprehensive manufacturer’s warranty.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, AmEx and PayPal payments.
Do your prices include GST?
Yes. All of our prices and shipping costs include GST.
Do you charge my credit card as soon as I place the order or when it is shipped?
Like most online retailers, we charge your card as soon as you place the order. We will ship your item as soon as possible. Normally, your purchases are getting delivered to you within two business days if you live in a metropolitan area. Otherwise, it might take longer, based on your exact location, but thanks to a number of our distributors warehouses located all around Australia, delivery time with us are normally shorter than with many other suppliers.
Is it safe for me to enter my credit card details into the website?
Yes. Your credit card details are fully secured while placing an order, all the sensitive card information entered is entered directly into the Commonwealth Bank merchant services and is fully secure. No credit card details are collected or retained by Yepo.
How do I make a purchase?
To place an order, you will need to click on the “add to cart” button which will take you through to the shopping cart page. Click “Checkout now” and simply fill out your name and address details as well as completing the selected payment method. Once this is all done, all you need to do is push on the “complete purchase” button to finalise your order. You should receive an order confirmation within a matter of minutes through to the email address you used when placing your order.
What times can I order?
You are able to place an order anytime - 24 hours, 7 days a week.
How do I know if the product is in stock or not?
Each product information page displays stock on hand, this is updated a few times a day with stock positions from our distributors. If in the rare circumstance that all available stock at our distributors is sold out, a full refund will be provided and you will be notified ASAP.
Can I purchase an item for which Stock is shown as ETA (Date)?
Yes, you can. When we show stock availability as ETA (date) it either means that this item is not sold by us very often, so it is located in the Tier One distributor’s warehouse (normally, it takes just a couple of days to get such item delivered), or the item is new or super popular and just on its way to Australia. If you are comfortable with the ETA offered, please purchase the item, taking advantage of our very competitive pricing and fast and reliable delivery.
How much is the delivery?
To find the delivery price, please add the product to your shopping cart and then enter your state and post code details into the Estimate Shipping calculator and clicking the “Get a Quote” button. Our delivery prices are very competitive, and for the most items over $350 we are offering FREE DELIVERY.
Do you provide free delivery on your products?
Yes, we do free shipping on some of our brands and/or products. You can verify whether a product is eligible for a free delivery by adding the product to your shopping cart and then entering your state and post code details into the Estimate Shipping calculator and clicking the “Get a Quote” button. For the most items over $350 we are offering FREE DELIVERY.
How quickly are orders dispatched?
Once we have received your payment, we will ship your item as soon as possible. Normally, your purchases are getting delivered to you within two business days if you live in a metropolitan area. Otherwise, it might take longer, based on your exact location, but thanks to a number of our distributors warehouses located all around Australia, delivery time with us are normally shorter than with many other suppliers. Do I get a manufacturer’s warranty with my product?
Yes. All products come with their full comprehensive manufacturer warranty.
How do I return a faulty product?
Specific instructions on return of a faulty product depend upon the product’s type, model, brand and manufacturer. In the unfortunate event of getting a faulty product, please send us a message on contact@yepo.com.au email address, and we will assist you with resolving of this problem.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship any of our products internationally.
Can I pick my items up?
No. Yepo uses multiple distributors and their warehouses are based throughout Australia and hence all products can only be delivered.
How can I track my order?
If you have purchased your item as a “Guest User” you will able to track the delivery by the email you will have received from Yepo with the consignment or tracking number included. If you have registered with Yepo simply log into your account and all order and consignment details are available. Lastly you can email us at contact@yepo.com.au and we will advise you.
What happens if the truck comes to deliver and I am not home?
If you are not home at the time of delivery the driver will ring the number on the order to try and reach you. Failing this the driver will leave a note on your doorstep or letterbox, notifying you of the of their delivery. You will need to take the delivery card into the pick up location specified on it with your photo identity proof (Australian Driver’s Licence, Passport, and Student ID) to pick up your parcel.
What happens if the item is delivered and I find that it is not working?
The first thing you should do is to get in contact with Yepo via email or telephone.

No, we offer the best available price we can for a quality product supplied from a trusted and reliable Australian distributor.
Who will deliver my product?
As we deal with multiple distributors to offer you the best possible prices and the largest range of products, delivery will be made throughout Australia by an expansive network of carriers and courier services.

Do all of your products come with Australian power requirements?
Yes. You can use all of our products in Australian power points.
